Refund/Return Policy

If a User disputes any payment made under the Service, such User must notify A Medium Corporation (“Medium”) in writing to customerservice@embed.ly within thirty (30) days of any such payment; failure to so notify us shall result in the waiver by the User of any claim relating to any such disputed payment. Payment shall be calculated solely based on records maintained by Medium. No other measurements or statistics of any kind shall be accepted by Medium or have any effect under the User's Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

You may discontinue use of the Services at any time by sending a message to customerservice@embed.ly requesting such change to the entity(ies) that have access to such Service. We are not responsible for canceling your use of the Services.
